Duties and responsibilities include:
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with the team on solutions to maximise the effectiveness of case management
- Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPA targets as set out as part of the business unit performance framework
- In conjunction with the Team Leader identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong technical experience in NSW workers' compensation claims
- Proven experience coaching & mentoring case managers in the Workers Compensation industry
- Demonstrated understanding and application of relevant NSW Workers compensation laws and the associated regulations
- You have previous experience working as a case manager or a Technical Specialist background
- Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation is desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
