This is a permanent full-time (38 hours per week) position based at our Wellington site.
As a Workforce Adviser, you will work closely with a caseload of customers to address the specific barriers they each face when looking for employment and help them pursue employment opportunities within your local community. You will be responsible for actively developing and maintaining relationships with local customers, employers, businesses, services and resources.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:

- A strong community focus and passion for helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Well-developed conflict management skills.
- A demonstrated ability to build, maintain and grow professional relationships with a diverse range of people and groups.
- Previous administration experience, including transferrable skills to make accurate file notes, input data and keep records up to date using Microsoft programs and custom databases (desired).
- Willingness to obtain a Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Class C Driver's Licence
