Chief Operations Office (COO) is responsible for servicing multiple brands within the Group internationally, delivering a highly flexible operations environment, outstanding customer experiences and better risk outcomes.
The Strategic Workforce Planning team is responsible for long and short-term forecasting, scheduling, real-time support, WFM system maintenance and Future Workforce.

We are looking for a Workforce Planning and Forecasting Manager to:
- Enhance and automate existing forecasting tools to improve accuracy and deliver predictive and prescriptive insights and recommendations
- Embed workforce planning practices in the businesses we support and provide insights to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the development of new analytical solutions and application of advanced techniques. Identify opportunities to improve own capabilities and demonstrate creativity and ingenuity when tackling complex problems.
- Influence business units to release and provide required information and data to support your work
- Uplift team’s modelling and forecasting capability by delivering training sessions on “best practice” modelling techniques and lead related continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor and help to address and solve for key business problems
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience in predictive modelling, time series forecasting (ARIMA, ETS), A/B testing, spatial analytics, workforce optimisation (linear programming)
- Display an understanding of quantitative activities such as scenario forecast modelling and workforce analytics to generate actionable value-add insights from complex data
- Are experienced with large data sets and data analysis tools such as SQL
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience (computer science, statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact centre or related disciplines)
- Possess knowledge of Financial Services industry and/or Banking Operations (would be highly regarded)
