About the role
Provide analytical support to ensure the efficient and effective utilisation of our front line disability workforce. This is a permanent full-time position where you can work from any one of our offices in Australia or from home, wherever you work best!
Key Responsibilities
- End to end Workforce Planning and roster review
- Provide insights and recommendations for improved Workforce Planning decisions
- Partner with Regional Directors and Operations Managers to manage Workforce Planning strategy and roster reviews
- Provide expertise and advice regarding potential industrial, financial and support implications for proposed roster changes
- Maintain financial information relevant to the approved Supported Independent Living funding
- Ensure rostering system scheduled patterns are maintained and updated post roster review completion
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Workforce Planning Analyst within a fast paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of data visualisation tools
- Demonstrated experience with the use of rostering system or tools with the ability to develop and prepare reports
- Skills in analysis and interpretation of large, complex data sets
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice and support to management and/or staff on roster related matters
- A collaborative approach with a focus on optimising a best fit workforce for clients
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check (paid for by us).
