Location – Liverpool South Western Sydney

Employment type – One Ongoing vacancy and One Temporary vacancy up to May 2025

Salary – Clerk Grade 5/6 - $93,295.00 - $102,941.00 pa + Superannuation and annual leave loading per year of service.

Your role

Support the development and implementation of Contact Centre staff rosters and rostering patterns for both phone and non-phone work, aligning staffing preferences where possible in accordance with relevant award conditions and organisational agreements to ensure business needs are met in the delivery of efficient effective DCJ contact centre services.

What you’ll do

The Helpline plays an essential role in helping to ensure that children and young people are identified as being at risk of significant harm.

As the Workforce Planner for the Helpline Team, you will:

  • develop schedules in line with business needs
  • work with the manager to analyse, develop and implement staffing schedules and rosters.
  • provide day to day support for rostering technology across the team
  • provide staffing and shift advice to senior management
  • identify best practice and service improvement in meeting the team’s KPI

What we’re looking for

  • Someone who is a strong team player
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • strong Microsoft Outlook Skills
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • previous experience developing schedules for a contact centre
  • strong time management skills
  • ability to respond to conflicting priorities and meet multiple deadlines
  • Experience in SAP/HR system will be highly regarded.
