We currently have exciting opportunities for current team members to join the Centralized Workforce Planning team, flexible location between Sydney and Melbourne.
Candidate Requirements
- Prepare and distribute the weekly rosters to reflect the schedule operation of client airlines within strict timelines using available rostering system. Utilization of other Menzies systems including RSMS and Kronos.
- Liaise with relevant station and/or department to ensure operational requirements and any planned absences are recorded. This would include a regular review with local contacts.
- Regular review and update to Rostering system to ensure staff and skills are current and make any other necessary changes required
- Ensure any roster changes are made and communicated accordingly in line with relevant EA requirements
- Any other duties as directed by your supervisor/manager
Qualification and Experience
- Demonstarte high attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Must have knowledge of rostering concepts and Enterprise Agreement requirements.
- Proven Time Management Skills
- Demonstrate confidentiality to the company and management team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to Multitask.
- Be able to adapt easily to change.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Knowledge of work-related processes & procedures (applicable to this role)
- History working with rosters/programming will be advantageous.
