Workforce Planning & Payroll Support Officer (Internal) Melbourne, VIC We have a new and exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic professional to join our People and Development team.If you are a high performer that is looking to develop your career within the Support Services Team, then we want to hear from you!As the Workforce Planning and Payroll Support Officer you will provide high level support to the People and Development Team across the human resources lifecycle and end-to-end payroll processing and administration.Key responsibilities: Responding to basic enquiries in the shared email inboxes, referring matters to the appropriate team member when necessary. Assisting in the maintenance of electronic and hard copy employee records including printing, scanning, uploading collating and filing of documentation ensuring all records are maintained for all employees with regards to the content and statutory compliance. Monitoring and perform compliance checks including but not limited to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening clearance, National Police Checks, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration checks and right to work checks. Supporting the pay processing by checking and providing guidance to Managers in relation to submission of timesheets and pay queries. Assist with pay processing activities ensuring timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing. Experience and skills required: 1 - 2 years’ experience in administration support Medium to advanced skills in MS Office and databases Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
