Your new company
Hays Recruitment has partnered with a well-known service provider based in Altona North. They are currently seeking an experienced Workplace Coordinator to join their team. This position will be for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
In your new role as a Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for all visitors
- Issuing security passes
- Organising incoming mail and parcels
- Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are left clean and tidy
- Assisting facilities manager with other requests
- Ordering kitchen supplies and stationary
- Point of contact for contractors on site.
- Building relationships with our customers and clients
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have:
- Proven background in a similar facilities role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Displays a positive hands-on approach to the role with a strong desire to succeed
- An ability to always remain focussed and proactive
- Valid national police check or willing to obtain one
What you'll get in return
