Are you a parent or carer looking to return to work with flexible hours that fit around school or daycare? PEXA is seeking a friendly and proactive Workplace Coordinator for our Sydney office at The Rocks. This part-time role (3 Days a week, 9am to 2:30pm) offers a perfect balance for those looking to re-enter the workforce.
As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Sydney office, providing essential support to our team, and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Greeting employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing reception services and room bookings.
- Inducting new team members into building management systems.
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
- Liaising with landlords on building updates and emergency procedures.
- Acting as an emergency warden and First Aider.
- Supporting internal engagement activities and events.
- Ensuring the general cleanliness of communal spaces.
- Organising catering for team events and meetings
- Travel and expense management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and helpful demeanor.
- Proactive and able to achieve outcomes without extensive direction.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team and multitask efficiently.
