We are seeking a Work Place Coordinator to join Sodexo's small facilities team based at one of our pharmaceutical companies at Macquarie Park.
Who are we looking for?
You will ideally possess a facilities administration background. Your experience may come from Real Estate agency, maintenance company or a Corporate facilities services company. This role will suit if you have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner.
Duties may include:
- Organising regular on-going maintenance including repairs and upgrades ensuring work meets required standards and SLA's
- Invoicing and PO creation
- Liaise with contractors and maintenance personnel ensuring they are correctly inducted for site visits
- Be aware of WHS requirements
- Closing out completed work and processing contractor invoices
- Responsible for monthly reporting
- Undertakes regular site walks to identify and address OH&S or maintenance issues.
- Create new and review work orders and assigns work orders to subcontractors and vendors.
- General admin and Ad hoc finance duties. May include invoicing, receipting, and following up on purchase orders
- Assist in the management of contractors including safety inductions, allocation of keys and access cards
