Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a talented Work Health and Safety Administrator to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor to our strategic goals, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and visitors.Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees in the WHS office, offering excellent customer service.
• Assist injured workers with workers' compensation paperwork and claim lodgement, supporting them in obtaining necessary appointments.
• Manage 1st aid orders and supplies efficiently.
• Coordinate internal audit activities and inspection schedules for enhanced safety compliance.
• Update WHS noticeboards to keep the workforce informed.
• Assist in administrative functions related to Health and wellbeing, Workers' Compensation, and Work Health and Safety.
• Collaborate with the WHS Manager to conduct Risk Assessments, Safe Operating procedures, and maintain registers.
• Ensure accurate minutes are taken at all WHS and Workers Compensation meetings.

Key Criteria

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based management systems.
• Possession of a current unrestricted driver's license.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective time management and self-organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality with a professional demeanor.
• Good personal presentation, reliability, and trustworthiness.

Work Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by complying with all Voyages WHS Policies, Procedures, and guidelines.
• Use personal protective clothing and equipment (PPE) appropriately.
• Report hazards and participate in accident/incident investigations.
• Engage in the return-to-work process following injury/illness.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and report malfunctions promptly.
• Complete all required WH&S briefings, inductions, and training sessions within set timeframes.
