We have opportunities for experienced investigation or complaint management professionals who may be seeking interesting and diverse investigation work around their personal and home-life. Most of our team prefer to work from home, and we are happy to support them. Our clients often choose TEAMS for interviews, so remote work from home locations are also an option.
We are seeking people with professional backgrounds who have the proven ability to gather and analyse information, report the findings in a logical manner and make clear and concise recommendations. To be successful in this role you will need to be a lateral thinker and possess highly developed interpersonal skills. Exceptional report writing skills are essential and must be at a level suitable for presentation to senior levels of government.
Our Investigators deal with workplace conflict and serious complaints of bullying, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and other negative workplace behaviours. You will be responsible for managing each stage of the complaint cycle, from conducting a thorough assessment of a matter to delivering effective and timely reviews, investigations, and conflict resolution measures.
The types of professionals who generally make a smooth and successful transition into workplace investigations come from backgrounds as diverse as health, law, education, journalism, and senior HR.
Successful applicants will also need:
- an investigation licence under the Security Providers Act 1993 or the ability to obtain a licence; and
- a current driver's licence.
Tertiary qualifications, knowledge of state and federal workplace complaint and conduct investigations and/or student and child protection legislation would be advantageous but not essential.
