About the role
As a Workplace Relations Adviser, you'll be at the forefront of providing high-quality, tailored advice to our South Australian Business Chamber members. Your primary responsibility will be offering expert guidance through our Business Advice Hotline, addressing queries related to the Fair Work Act and assisting with a wide array of workplace issues. From Modern Award classification to performance management and dismissals, you'll be the go-to resource for our members, ensuring they stay compliant and informed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional relationships with members utilising our Business Advice Hotline.
- Analyse and interpret Modern Award decisions, updating subscribers promptly.
- Collaborate with Senior Consultants to deliver top-notch Workplace Relations services.
- Develop informative articles and updates to support our promotional efforts.
- Participate in outbound call campaigns to drive engagement with our services.
- Ensure high standards of service, including timely and accurate advice delivery.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services and contribute to revenue targets.
About you
Are you a seasoned professional with a background in consulting services and a proven ability to drive positive outcomes for SMEs? As a skilled communicator and strategic thinker, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our members towards sustainable growth and success.
Your expertise in building strong relationships and cultivating client pipelines will be instrumental in supporting our members' journey to success. With over a decade of senior-level experience in business management or SME consulting, you possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and growth drivers faced by South Australian SMEs.
Your ability to analyse financial data and translate insights into actionable strategies will be invaluable in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our members. With advanced stakeholder management skills and exceptional communication abilities, you'll navigate complex landscapes with finesse, ensuring our members receive the support they need to thrive.
With essential qualifications including a tertiary business degree (MBA desirable), you're equipped to drive meaningful change and deliver tangible outcomes for our members. Your knack for articulating strategies effectively to busy business owners will be key in driving engagement and fostering growth within our community.
