- Development of strategies for and leading the bargaining of multiple Enterprise Agreements
- Case management of performance and dispute resolution issues and providing expertise to the HR Business Partnering team on Industrial and Employee Relations matters
- Representing Saputo at the Fair Work Commission
- Leading awareness of changes to Workplace Relations subject matter across the organisation, including delivering training as required
- Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Employment Law or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience providing Workplace Relations advice within a complex environment (food manufacturing would be an advantage, but is not essential)
- Experience in the development of ER policies, procedures and guidelines
- Experience interpreting with Enterprise Agreements and EBAs
