All Door Solutions is a market leader in the Commercial and Industrial door industry providing maintenance, repairs and new installations. We supply a wide range of commercial door services to government departments, councils, hospitals and property management clients to name a few.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Support Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role based at Loganholme, you will be working closely with our Service and Purchasing departments to achieve the best overall outcome for our customers whilst delivering the highest quality of service along with meeting budgets and KPI’s. This role is highly administrative, requires attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
This role would suit someone who is team orientated and enjoys working closely with other team members, work well under pressure and enjoys the challenge that a busy service based company can bring.

- Main Email Inbox & Distribution
- Portal Management
- Purchasing and inventory management support and development
- Invoicing
- Preventative Maintenance and management support
- Technician/Service Department Administration tasks
- Technician Induction Management
- Outstanding customer service.
- Answering incoming calls as required
- Self motivated, adept at working independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
- Support overflow in all business areas and backfilling for Annual Leave etc. as required
- Willingness to learn and adapt within our growing company
Successfully candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. (approachable, motivated, pro-active)
- A positive outcome focused attitude
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Stand out attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete tasks autonomously within a broader team.
- Experience in Simpro would be an advantage
Previous experience within the service industry would be an advantage but training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
