We're on the lookout for a friendly and bright individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our vibrant team. In this exciting position, you won't just be supporting technology; you'll be shaping the way we provide top-notch service to our colleagues.
As Workplace Technology Specialist, your primary focus will be delivering outstanding guidance and support to our Aurecon offices, employees, clients and partners. You'll work with a close knit local and global team, fostering a sense of camaraderie as we collectively strive to meet the needs of our organisation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer-Centric Support: Providing exceptional support and service to end users, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Technology Integration: Assisting with technology deployment, ensuring seamless integration of laptops and mobile devices.
- Collaboration Champion: Supporting MS Teams hybrid meetings, live events, and video conference endpoints to facilitate efficient collaboration.
- Asset Management: Keeping accurate records of IT equipment, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships across the organisation, including senior-level management.

Qualifications and Traits We're Looking For:

- Tech Enthusiasm: While prior IT and professional service experience is a plus, customer focussed individuals with a passion for technology are welcome.

- Analytical Thinker: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, capable of questioning assumptions.
- Communication Pro: Excellent communication skills, essential for providing advice and achieving results within a busy office environment.
