Join a high performing team, led by Leaders who are passionate about the work they perform.The Works Delivery Manager (Transmission and Substation Field Services Delivery team) combines their trade-based skills and works management skills to effectively manage and deliver our program of work and customer jobs. The Works Delivery Manager works closely with various internal stakeholders, including the Works Management team, Field Operations Works Delivery Leaders, Senior Tradespeople, Schedulers and Work Group Coordinators.You'll be involved in customer liaison and managing the work-flow between the Works Management Team (Planning and Scheduling) and the Field Operations Works Delivery Team. Together, we are powering a bright future for Tasmania.About youTo be successful in this role, you'll hold Transmission Line Worker Trade qualification (essential), coupled with a Cert-IV Leadership or Project Management qualification (or a closely related field) or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and skills (desirable).You'll possess strong safety leadership capability within a similar role, demonstratable resilience with the ability to take constructive action in difficult situations with driving results at the forefront of your work. This, combined with your strong relationship building and maintaining skills and strong problem solving techniques will set you up to be successful.Our preferred candidate will carry extensive business insight skills with a proven track record of effectively using SAP or comparable systems to analyse monthly results, monitor current metrics and enhance performance as you drive results.What's on offerThis is a full time permanent opportunity.
