Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role is to help assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations by planning, monitoring and controlling all repair orders.
Duties will include:
- Providing support to the Service Manager
- Maintaining an even flow and time efficiency of all work performed in the workshop
- Monitoring the quality of all work performed in the workshop
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments
About you:
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate tasks. If you would like to develop apprentices and other technicians as well as your own career, this is the role for you!
You will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller and/ or Senior Technician
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
