AddressWe are seeking a Workshop Manager to lead our fast-paced Service Department. This role will report directly to the Service Manager.
The ideal applicant is someone who has great time management skills, drive to exceed and great communication. This person may be a technician looking to upskill or an experienced manger looking for a change.
Kerry's Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business established in 1988. The Dealership is home to Nissan, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Holden and GWM Haval.
Overall Function:
- Ensuring all customer requests are carried out.
- Ensure all Repair Orders flow freely and are appropriately controlled.
- Monitoring quality control.
- Monitoring efficiency/productivity within Service Workshop.
To be successful in this role you would need to satisfy the following criteria:
- Managerial experience desirable but not essential
- A minimum of five (5) years of industry experience
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A proven track record of achieving KPI’s, budgets and objectives
- Be able to provide leadership and clear direction to staff
- Have achieved consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
