Job Title: Workshop ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Workshop Manager to lead our team of technicians in our dynamic and fast-paced workshop environment. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing and supervising the technicians, planning and scheduling servicing and maintenance, monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with other departments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and continuously improving workshop processes. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with quality standards.
Manage and supervise a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and support as required. Plan and schedule servicing and maintenance to maximize productivity while minimizing downtime. Monitor inventory levels to ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available in good working condition.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow effectively. Address any issues or concerns that may arise from daily operations or customer requirements. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations set by relevant authorities as well as company policies.
Strive to continuously improve workshop processes and procedures to enhance efficiency levels.
