Your Responsibilities

• Leading a team of mechanics
• Inspecting vehicles after service or repairs
• Completing repairs and ensuring standards and timelines are met
• Overseeing all mechanical responsibilities in the workshop
• Diagnosing any faults on vehicles and carrying out the appropriate procedures to correct the problem
• Ensuring strong commitment to compliance, WHS&E and general business practices

Skills and licenses required

• Qualified mechanic with Leading Hand experience
• Current WA Tradesperson certificate 
• Trade qualified in heavy vehicles on road transport.
• Experience and knowledge working with maintenance and Heavy Haulage Trailers and Trucks
• Ability to lead a team to achieve outcomes and goals.
• Customer oriented, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
