NTC are looking for an experienced earthmoving plant Workshop Coordinator to oversee our workshop in Onslow and project sites around the Pilbara.
The Workshop Coordinator carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between our work sites and the Workshop, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, including:.
- Coordinating servicing of vehicles and Machinery
- Taking enquires and service bookings
- Keeping people up to date with vehicle progress
- Invoicing and administration
- Handling customer enquiries
- Supporting retention strategies and attracting new business
- Promoting the NTC brand
Skills and Experience
- Outstanding Customer experience skills

- Strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise time and use your initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and team player with a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers, customers, and internal service and parts department.
- Keeping customers updated on all parts and service requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy of paperwork.

- Great reliability with good attendance record
