Workshop Supervisor

Fenner Conveyors, a Michelin Group Company, is a world leader in providing engineered conveyor solutions for the mining and industrial sectors. Operating 3 manufacturing sites, 16 Service Branches as well as Engineering Design and Fabrication facilities employing over 1300 employees.
  
Your new team & role:
  
A great opportunity has opened for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our Fenner team at our Rockingham Workshop managing the day-to-day planning, allocation, and coordination of workshop staff. 
  
Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all finished products meet customer specifications in relation to technical, quality, performance, packaging, and delivery specifications, and complies with engineered drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coach and mentoring of Workshop trades.
• Oversee quality and safety compliance  

What you need:

• Have 3-5+ years’ experience managing, planning and leading multiple trade-based staff – Boilermakers, Electricians and Fitters (Desirable).
• Previous experience in belt splicing handling equipment (Desirable).
• Trade Qualification – Fabrication.
• C Class licence and Forklift ticket.
