What’s on offer?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team based in Hazelmere. We're looking for a leader who will support and motivate our team – ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of the work. This role is hands on, you will be required to be on the workshop floor servicing, educating and ensuring that quality of repairs is maintained. Your role will include inspecting and monitoring work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
Your experience in leading and developing a team of mechanics will ensure that a work program is maintained on a weekly basis to maximise customer service and production. To be successful in this role you will have Heavy Diesel experience necessary, advantageous if you have worked with specialist road surfacing plant. Experience with Asset Maintenance software will also be advantageous.
