Long and successful history. Industry leader with award winning name and reputation seeks proven manager to run workshop and support field service team throughout Sydney Southwest.
THE ROLE:
Based in our Harrington Park workshop.
Managing our long-standing team of 4x Technicians.
First point of contact for customers.
Fault Finding and Diagnosing Root Causes for all machinery bought into the workshop.
Occasional site visits.
Most time spent off the tools and allocating time and resources to fixing machinery.
A very small amount of time spent on the tools at extremely busy times in the workshop.
Standard hours of 7.30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday and one Saturday morning in every 4 weeks.
- EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Trade Qualification as Cert3 Mobile Plant Mechanic. - Extensive experience in service and maintenance work on machinery.
- Experience working on mobile hydraulics.
- Step up for Tech to Management
- Experience with either field based or workshop-based teams.
- Strong Customer Communication Skills.
- Good phone Manner

SALARY/WAGES:
The rate on this role will be $120,000 to $130,000 competitive salary package with a 40 hour week. OT + Company Car _ Phone & Laptop.
