ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Workshop Training Manager is responsible for training and developing individuals through nationally accredited and Bob Jane T-Marts certificate training programs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
- Good knowledge in mechanical / Tyre Fitting (Desirable)
- Experience in delivering Workshop Training
- Drive a safe site for everyone through a proactive safety leadership role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Delivering Certificate II and Certificate III Tyre Workshop Nationally Accredited Courses
- Delivering Bob Jane T-Marts Workshop Certificate Courses
- Delivering Instore Training Programs
- Working on developing training course material
- Reporting to the National Training & Development Manager on the progress of all employees.
- Travelling interstate will be required at various times.
- Complying with company & government legislated Occupational, Health & Safety standards
