Project Manager - Training (New Footscray Hospital)

• You excel in instructional design and have a solid grasp of adult learning principles.
• You have a talent for developing comprehensive training strategies that drive results.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven decisions are your strengths.
• You are adept at managing financial resources, including building and adhering to training budgets.
• You hold a relevant postgraduate management qualification, preferably at a Masters Level or are working towards it.
• You have experience in managing complex projects and leading change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
In preparation for the relocation to the New Footscray Hospital (NFH), you will:

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive training strategy to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Facilitate the development and review of training plans and activities.
• Support the creation of training content and materials.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess the training program's impact and provide recommendations.
• Engage with departments to inform the training matrix.
• Oversee the development of the training program in WeLearn.
• Manage the training schedule and resources required for program delivery.
• Monitor training program deliverable's.
• Inform strategic papers and governance decision-making.
• Seek feedback from stakeholders and evaluate training outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) to achieve training deliverable's.
• Manage the financial resources of the training budget.
