In preparation for the relocation to the New Footscray Hospital (NFH), you will:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive training strategy to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Facilitate the development and review of training plans and activities.
- Support the creation of training content and materials.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess the training program's impact and provide recommendations.
- Engage with departments to inform the training matrix.
- Oversee the development of the training program in WeLearn.
- Manage the training schedule and resources required for program delivery.
- Monitor training program deliverable's.
- Inform strategic papers and governance decision-making.
- Seek feedback from stakeholders and evaluate training outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) to achieve training deliverable's.
- Manage the financial resources of the training budget.
