What is the opportunity?
Due to growth PRC will be opening a brand-new Armadale Clinic and are in search of a hands-on X-Ray Assistant based on a Full-Time permanent basis. This is a Monday to Friday 37.5hrs a week with 1 in 3 Saturday morning as regular overtime!
As an X-Ray Assistant, you will gain an understanding of and assist with diagnostic medical imaging procedures in a customer focused manner. You will be provided with full training for approximately 3 months. Reporting to the Technical Supervisor your duties will include:
- Maintaining a high level of care, safety and confidentiality when dealing with patients/customers
- Assist Radiographers and Radiologists with diagnostic imaging procedures such as CT/US injections and FNA’s.
- Ensure Radiologist lists are running on time.
- Record and maintain correct documentation for each patient.
- Assist with monitoring stock levels.
- Data entry
- Ensure change rooms are clean and tidy.

- Extremely high attention to detail
- Professionally presented and able to effectively liaise with individuals from all social and cultural backgrounds.
- Confident computer skills and data entry
- Driver’s license and reliable transport
- Due to government mandate, our employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster doses when due.
