The Role: As a Xero Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our clients' bookkeeping needs, using leading software tools like Xero, Hubdoc, and others. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily transaction processing and reconciliation in Xero
- Managing payroll, superannuation, and lodgements
- Preparing and processing Business Activity Statements and other tax obligations
- Providing quality advice and support to clients, enhancing their financial well-being
- Collaborating effectively with our accounting team and contributing to our firm's success
Key Requirements:
- Xero Certification is essential
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Australian CPA/CA firm
- Proficient in payroll management
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance
