Holistic Approach Financial Services Firm / CFO Advisory Division
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well established, stable organisation who takes a holistic approach to financial management and business advisory. They have a vast array of service offerings for clients and this role is a management accounting/ bookkeeping role within the CFO Advisory Division.
This firm boasts a diverse and welcoming culture, flexible working hours and a 9 day fortnight along with industry training.
This role involves client contact, building and maintaining relationships and working with an onshore and offshore team and reviewing work along with some processing.
Ideally you will have;
- 2 – 4 + year’s experience in Management accounting and bookkeeping
- Cert IV in accounting and bookkeeping OR other relevant industry qualifications
- A pleasant and professional demeanour and ability to maintain client relationships
- Very good attention to detail and care about the work you do
- A good level of financial understanding
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
- A strong understanding of legislative requirements
The role will involve;
- Bookkeeping services on Xero including compliance and meeting deadlines and budgets
- Reviewing Business Activity Statements
- IAS/PAYG/Payroll Tax Review / Superannuation Review
- Cashflow Management
- Responding to various queries and processing various payments
- Management reporting Review; Monthly P & L / Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Quarterly Management Report
- Client Payroll
- Ensuring all client information is correct across systems
- Review of Hubdoc & Receiptbank
- Balance Sheet Review and EOFY Reconciliations
- Prepare files for Taxation Purposes for Client Manger
- Occasionally attend to clients onsite
