AddressLocated on the Victoria Highway in the Northern Territory, Timber Creek Travellers Rest is 225km east of Kununurra. We are a green shady oasis in the middle of the rugged Australian outback. We currently have an opportunity for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team in the role of Yardie/Groundskeeper.
This is a hands on role which involves tasks such as:
• Daily Rubbish Truck Removal of Hotel/Motel and Caravan Park rubbish
• Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance
• BBQ and Camp Kitchen Tidy
• Guiding Caravan & Camping Guest to Park Sites
• Stocking of Drinks Fridges, Cold-rooms, Bar cabinets & Minimart areas.
• Cleaning Roadhouse Exterior and Motel & Caravan Park Grounds
• Operating machinery such as ride on mower, whipper snipper etc
• Re-organizing and constant tidying cold rooms, freezers & shelves
• All aspects of cleaning and re-stocking, maintaining equipment to ensure our operations run smoothly
Essential
• English (Required)
• Drivers License – Australian or International
• Highly organised with the ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work under pressure
• Well-mannered with excellent communication skills always remaining respectful to all customers
• High level of initiative and troubleshooting skills
• Positive, Hardworking with a high level of attention to detail
