Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target organisations.
