Digital Services Partner

Our client AGL are seeking an experienced a Digital Services Partner to join them on a contract basis.This role is based in Melbourne office in a hybrid capacity.

Key purpose of this role (and team)
The Digital Services Team is responsible for managing Workday configuration and reporting within P&C and in partnership with AGL Technology and stakeholders across the business.
The Digital Services Partner is responsible for providing L2 and L3 issue resolution, as well as working with P&C Process owners to identify, prioritize and deliver enhancements to Workday functionality.
Key accountabilities of this role

• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities for Business Processes and configuration in one or more areas of Workday Functional areas; HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning
• Provides Workday consultation, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis.
• Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday.
• Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday.
• Maintain master data configuration in Workday Functional area
• Provide Workday knowledge to support P&C Community and AGL in adopting Workday's Functionality

Qualifications, key skills and experience required

• Experience working with Workday in a Shared Service Function
• (Preferred) Subject Matter Expertise in at least one area of Workday: HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, in relation to translating business or technical requirements.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills including the ability to quickly adjust work cycles to accommodate emerging priorities.
