Overview
We are looking for a highly efficient and friendly Executive Assistant to be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the provision of a confidential, efficient and effective high quality secretarial and administrative support service and executive services to the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery for Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.
In this role you will be directly responsible to the Executive Director and will be working closely with the Executive team and directorates of Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.
Eligibility
Applicants are encouraged to have experience in:
- the preparation of reports, briefings, correspondence
- establishing, maintaining and reviewing systems, practices, policies and procedures
- project management und undertaking research activities
- producing high quality documents and presentation materials
