This role is a Parental Leave cover for 12 months, working part time (3 days per week)

Talent RISE is searching for a superstar with a passion for youth employment to join the Sydney Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating meaningful opportunities for young people through the RISE program
• Building and nurturing relationships with charities, community partners, job actives, and corporate partners
• Providing mentorship, training, and support to young people participating in the RISE program.
• Promoting Talent RISE internally and externally, leveraging connections and creating opportunities for young people.

• Passionate about charity work and creating opportunities for young people through employment.
• Experience in developing partnerships.
• Experience working in Recruitment would be valuable.
• The most important thing for us, is that you're an individual that wants to make a change to the struggle for employment young people in adverse conditions face.
