We have an exciting are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker who work’s alongside Women and Children.

Requirements of the role
- A qualified social worker who holds AASW registration
- Experience across Women & Children health. inclusive of AOD use, Child protection and Family violence
- Excellent knowledge of the MARAM alignment
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive clinical assessment. (Including risk assessments for adults & Children)
- Experience and competency in grief and bereavement support, car planning
- Acute knowledge of hospital systems and resources
About the role
- Provide patients with additional support to improve psychological and social functioning and ensure each patients social, emotional and cultural needs are met. With the outlook to minimise the negative impacts of illness and hospitalisation in patients.
- Work in a Dynamic innovating team who will share knowledge and support in the team and to patients.
