Your responsibilities will include drafting, documenting, and collating definitions of accountabilities arising from design changes, as well as reviewing, developing, and documenting role descriptions. You will utilize your expertise in evaluating, reviewing, creating, analyzing, and documenting accountabilities at business unit, team, and individual role levels. Additionally, your experience with the NSW Public Sector role description and capabilities structures will be instrumental in fulfilling the requirements of this role.
