The Opportunity
Join our winning sales team as National Sales Manager.
This is a brand-new role created due to company growth. You will lead our Field Sales team and be responsible for maximising its performance. There are two main areas that will need your immediate attention, developing and upskilling our existing talent, whilst also recruiting, training and developing new talent across Australia.

The Role
You will lead the national in-home direct sales team with daily and weekly personal contact, fortnightly sales meetings and quarterly in-person visits. Yes, there is travel involved in this role.
You will be responsible for maximising our win rate on inhome presentations, and also ensuring through effective recruiting, the number of inhome presentations per week grows every quarter throughout 2024. We're not just looking to improve on current results, we want to expand rapidly across every corner of Australia and need you to drive that expansion.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Upskilling an experienced team of inhome sales professionals
- Providing daily and weekly coaching to new and existing team members
- Delivering fortnightly sales meetings with meaningful and relevant content
- Recruiting and Training new inhome sales professional to facilitate our expansion across Australia
- Providing in-person sales coaching to our national team
We run a structured sales process with a ‘10 steps to the sale’ process that has been proven to work for over 20 years. The products we sell are best in class, with the highest ratings on independent review sites like ProductReview.com.au.
Every appointment concludes with a call to our office to ensure not just compliance with company procedures and practices, but also provides another opportunity to ‘secure the sale’ before our team member leaves the appointment.
About You
We are looking for a National Sales Manager who is competitive, highly motivated with the ability and acumen to drive not just our close rates, but also our company culture.
You will have a strong background in Direct Sales. We aren't order takers, account managers or BDMs, we are at the pointed end of the sword when it comes to sales acumen and ability. We don't believe in high pressure or grinding out sales at any cost, however, we do know that a sale is simply the logical conclusion to an effective presentation, so we are looking for someone to join us with the same belief system.
As we are a company that sells solutions, not products, we aren't looking for any industry specific experience, however, full product training is provided.
Experience required:
- Demonstrable and successful Direct Sales experience
- Proven success at building high performing sales teams
- Experience at Recruiting/Training direct sales professionals
