Your new company
This independent government agency has a focus on maintenance of the law and seeking justice against offenders. Due to staff movement, this Agency is looking to bring on 2x skilled Business Analysts to join an existing transformation team.
Your new role
The first Business Analyst will be joining an evidence management modernisation project that is currently 6 months away from delivery. Your focus will be on engaging effectively with stakeholders to produce quality documentation including workflows. This in-house platform is to be launched in mid-2024.
The second Business Analyst will be joining a migration project, focused on consolidating multiple existing contact points into 1 organisational portal. You'll be providing detailed analysis of existing request forms and supporting the co-design of the new integrated platform.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an Australian Citizen with an active baseline clearance or higher with;
- Experience in ICT government projects
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated experience using multiple strategies to engage with stakeholders
- The ability to understand organisational needs
