The Opportunity:
One of our clients is looking for a Siebel Business Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing an Information Management system. This unique opportunity involves working on impactful projects and ensuring the success of key initiatives within the organisation.
Please note: All applicants must be Australian Citizens and have a current Baseline Security Clearance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with strategic planning, mapping, and modelling development.
- Leading a gap analysis to determine whether existing capabilities can meet the requirements for future visualisation capabilities.
- Assisting in creating the interface between Siebel and external applications using Siebel Applications and Siebel Configuration tools.
- Supporting the development of effective working relationships with stakeholders, including qualities such as ethics, trustworthiness, and personal organisation.
- Working in and across teams for varying durations to achieve identified work area outcomes, which may require team leadership and technical leadership skills.
- Organising, facilitating, and co-facilitating workshops to extract business requirements and define new or improved business processes.
- 6 years of Siebel experience in implementing multiple full life cycle Siebel implementations.
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in creating Siebel design documents.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.
- Strong knowledge of full requirement analysis for business processes.
