About the role
We are looking for 2x experienced Delivery Leads with strong background in software delivery to lead a team of cross functional specialists working on a range of projects. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your team, work with product owners and product managers to help prioritise and determine your teams roadmap, plan work, and report progress against objectives.
Specifically, these roles will be responsible for;
- Leading multiple teams (between 4 and 6 people each team) of technology specialists.
- Working closely with Product teams, developing the product roadmap, prioritising deliverables and contributing to effort estimations to support the delivery schedule.
- Contribute to release planning for your teams projects.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding updates of quarterly objectives, identifying and managing risks and removing blockers for the teams.
- Producing sprint reports and raising risks and issues.
- Leading the team's operations and responding to unplanned incidents and outages.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have;
- Minimum of 6 years experience as a Delivery Lead in a technical environment
- Experience delivering multiple streams of work in parallel
- Minimum 6 years experience managing cross-functional teams
- Practical experience managing agile software delivery methodologies
- Strong knowledge of web technology (e.g. React, Nodejs, Spring Boot or serverless)
