We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our participants. The Service Delivery Lead will oversee operations, provide leadership to our dedicated team, and uphold our standards of excellence in every aspect of Service Delivery.
Location: SIL Properties in Clyde North & Mont Albert North, with administrative hours at Jigsaw Blue Head Office
Estimated Hours:
- Full Time (76 hours per fortnight, unless negotiated)
- Admin Hours: 16 hours per fortnight (completed at Jigsaw Blue’s head office)
- Direct Participant Care: 60 hours per fortnight
Direct Reports:
- Assigned Team Leaders, Lead Workers, Youth & Disability Support Workers.
Day in the Role:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of support workers, ensuring the highest standard of care and support for participants.
- Oversee Service Delivery operations, including incident management, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve Service Delivery and enhance participant outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate Service Delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Work closely with the P&C Team to identify staffing requirements, conduct performance management, and hold disciplinary meetings when required.
- Collaborate with allocations and draft fortnightly rosters, manage leave requests and handle inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the disability support sector.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- The ability to build rapport with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in disability support services.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to Service Delivery.
