This includes finance products, utilities, home services, furnishings, automotive and many more innovative advertising and lead generation tools. The fast-growing Media business includes a cross-functional team from Product, IT, Sales, Marketing, PR and Communications, HR, Finance and Legal. We're all about using digital solutions to make property and everything that supports consumers around property, simple, efficient and stress free.What The Role Is All AboutAs a Senior Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a large-scale program of work focused on migrating our AdTech tools and systems through the entire SDLC - from concept, discovery and requirements through specification, development, testing and release. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate and drive the end-to-end delivery of the program of work across the cross-functional and agile team
Take the lead at the inception phase to ensure that initiatives are scoped, planned, and resourced appropriatelyWork closely with our Product team to facilitate scope and priority conversations.Keep senior stakeholders informed and engaged, manage risks and issues and coordinate releasesCreate transparency of deliverables for stakeholders via fit for purpose reportingManage your team's capital and operational expenses in line with the budgetManage and coordinate external and internal delivery dependencies and align to project timelinesProvide advice and thought leadership and ensure successful design and implementation of technology strategies that align with REA StrategiesWork with our Tech Leads and Architects to assess new technologies and ensure our technology decisions align to REA best practice and can be operationalisedManage and ensure an appropriate level of system health as per tech OKRsForm part of the Media Leadership team, and be jointly accountable for team health, happiness, and performancePositively contribute to the culture of your team, build engagement and morale, be involved in recruiting, set structure and processes, and build and maintain a high performing teamLine management responsibility of up to 2-4 REA team members, who will require you to mentor them, identify skill gaps, establish development plans, and conduct performance reviewsWho We're Looking For
  • Practical knowledge of agile software delivery methodologies
Expert written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced project management skills, ideally with program management experience.Advanced leadership, coordination, motivational, negotiation and dispute resolution skillsDeveloped understanding of the Media & AdTech industry and and complex systemsExperience in leading large scale technology migration projects, preferably around the Media & AdTech landscapeAdvanced skills in line managing and mentoring people5+ years of experience leading technology projects using broad range of agile methodologies and in a variety of settings, including distributed teamsThe REA ExperienceThe physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we'll never stop caring about.
