About the Role
The Program Officer roles will be suitable for someone qualified with TAE (or relevant degree), energetic and motivated to work as part of a high performing team.
Your days will see you:
* Develop high quality operational training materials by facilitating and negotiating stakeholder input and writing content for diverse audiences that meet legislative, policy and compliance requirements.
The Program Officer is a resilient, analytical, and creative thinker who can drive new ideas and has a passion for building the capacity of CFA members.
In addition to core specific duties and accountabilities (detailed in the attached PD), it is highly desirable for the Program Officer to contribute to the skill sets within ODT in one or more of the following areas:
* Learning design and development
* Digital design and development
* VR and Immersive Learning
About You
The person we are looking for will have proven experience in contributing to complex projects along with developing training materials.
Crucial to your success in this role will be your collaborative approach and your ability to maintain effective relationships to liaise, consult, influence and facilitate effectively with diverse groups to obtain effective operation and contribution from stakeholders.
Naturally, you will have highly developed analytical, conceptual and written communication skills.
