Your Company:

A pioneering commercial builder ingrained in the WA market for over multiple decades. With outstanding client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships, they consistently execute projects punctually, within budget, and upholding top-tier quality and safety standards.

They engage in diverse commercial endeavours, hospitals, industrial sites, institutions, sports, and recreational facilities, Fit out and refurbishment, boasting a robust project lineup 2024/2025.

Currently seeking two Site Managers with 4+ years of experience in new builds and/or Fit out and refurbishment.

Your Qualifications:

• Preferred prior experience in completing educational projects, ideally within a live setting.
• Trade certification as a carpenter or registration as a builder.
• Exemplary communication, negotiation, and interpersonal aptitude.
• Proficiency in scheduling, personnel management, and communication.
• Full Australian working rights
