From day one as a Coles graduate, you’ll feel the connection your work has to our purpose, to "helping Australians eat and live better every day". You will be accountable for making decisions in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.
Our Store Support Centre (SSC), based in Hawthorn East in Melbourne, is the engine room of Coles Group and a dynamic and rewarding place to work. "

During the two-year program, you’ll be working on real deliverables with clear ownership and accountability as you learn and grow through functional rotations, a tailored development program and a tight-knit support network. You will also be able to work in cross-functional groups to complete an Innovation Project, where the top teams present to our Executive team on a genuine business challenge.

Choose from a variety of corporate streams: Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Property, Liquor, Supply Chain, Central Operations, Technology, Digital, People and Culture, Safety, Legal, Agri Business and Own Brand. Now that’s food for thought! The two- year Graduate Program commences in Febuary 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:
You’ll be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold permanent residency at the time of application.
For our Store Support Centre Graduate Program, you’ll have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program.
