The Technology & Operations team play a critical role in driving innovation, resilience and sustainable technology that enables IAG to achieve its customer focused strategy.
As a Technology & Operations Grad you will have exposure to the following:
- Involved in thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver the Group Technology strategy.
- Designing and engineering of contemporary, unified general insurance platforms.
- Supporting our people to evolve resilient, scalable technology.
- Building reusable integration and automation assets.
- Delivering leading edge tooling and organisational optimisation.
- Designing how our customers, our brokers, our partners and our colleague interact digitally every day.
We’re seeking a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines that will compliment the diversity of thought across our Technology and Operations business. REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree or higher (from 2022-2024) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2024 – Technology, Science, Business or Arts disciplines.
- An average credit achievement (65%+), and
- Are an Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or Australian and/or New Zealand permanent resident.
