About Corporate Enterprise Solutions:
This exciting job opportunity falls under the Corporate Enterprise Solutions branch within the Department of Health and provides solutions and services that support Queensland Health's enterprise corporate applications while also supporting the payroll transactional processes. This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and payroll solution in the public sector and the finance, business and logistics solution and management environment.
What we are looking for:
- Values based leader that can inspire a team to improve cohesiveness and collaboration to develop a high performing team.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in ICT industry best practice and relevant legislation, including knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy and design for payroll, workforce management solutions including SAP HR Payroll, Infor WFM and the SAP finance solution S/4HANA.
- Proven leadership, management and service delivery capability in a large and complex applications management environment with the ability to operate within complex release management programs.
- Ability to effectively engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders and vendors to achieve service delivery.
- Proven ability to lead large teams from diverse backgrounds and thorough knowledge of corporate governance and business improvement strategies in the context of the public sector.
