Hours: Monday – Friday, 6.30am – 5pm (no Saturdays)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an upbeat attitude, ready to learn new skills and deliver exceptional service.
The Role: As part of a team of 6, you will be actively involved in all day-to-day operations, including:
- Implementing and managing business strategies to boost profitability and margins.
- Developing, executing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures.
- Managing stock control and inventory checks.
- Handling supplier relations.
- Overseeing onsite WHS management.
- Directly reporting on sales, warehousing, and delivery staff.
- Driving business unit improvements for operational excellence and growth.
- Additional duties include facilities & asset management, system and device troubleshooting, and liaising with Head Office Accounts, IT, and other departments.
About You: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking and prioritizing.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Australian/New Zealand residency or citizenship (no sponsorships or temporary visas).
- Electrical & solar wholesale experience (highly desirable but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationships.
- Qualifications in a relevant field and/or formal management training (advantageous).
- Team management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in managing large stock and inventory levels.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- A calm, peace-making personality and willingness to lead by example.
