As a Project Officer - Assessment Service, you'll play a key role in their mission, managing digital Assessment Services that impact learners globally.
Role Overview:
As a Project Officer / Assessment Service Consultant, you will be the linchpin in the delivery of cutting-edge eAssessment and eMarking services. You’ll manage service lifecycles, work closely with clients and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement to deliver world-class Assessment Services.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver Outstanding Service:
- Manage the full delivery of eAssessment/eMarking services from planning through to closure.
- Ensure key milestones are met and services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Be the primary operational contact for customers, addressing queries, updates, and escalations promptly.
- Drive Service Excellence:
- Analyse performance data to identify and implement service improvements.
- Lead continual service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate best practices and new service introductions.
- Maintain High Standards:
- Oversee quality checks, incident management, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational agreements, taking corrective action as needed.
- Contribute to accreditation activities, including ISO standards compliance and audit participation.
- Foster Collaboration:
- Work closely with Customer Relationship Managers and other operational teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Represent our client at customer meetings, training sessions, and third-party familiarization visits.
- Experience in a customer-facing delivery role, particularly in large-scale, time-critical operations.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs.
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on balancing customer needs and business performance.
