As a Project Officer - Assessment Service, you'll play a key role in their mission, managing digital Assessment Services that impact learners globally.

Role Overview:
As a Project Officer / Assessment Service Consultant, you will be the linchpin in the delivery of cutting-edge eAssessment and eMarking services. You’ll manage service lifecycles, work closely with clients and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement to deliver world-class Assessment Services.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service:
  
  • Manage the full delivery of eAssessment/eMarking services from planning through to closure.
  • Ensure key milestones are met and services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Be the primary operational contact for customers, addressing queries, updates, and escalations promptly.
• Drive Service Excellence:
  
  • Analyse performance data to identify and implement service improvements.
  • Lead continual service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate best practices and new service introductions.
• Maintain High Standards:
  
  • Oversee quality checks, incident management, and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational agreements, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Contribute to accreditation activities, including ISO standards compliance and audit participation.
• Foster Collaboration:
  
  • Work closely with Customer Relationship Managers and other operational teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Represent our client at customer meetings, training sessions, and third-party familiarization visits.
